The last day in Dubai. I was really down with a fever. Yet, I insisted on making the trip down to the Burj Al Arab at least to take nice, beautiful pictures.

We only managed to stand at the gates to take pictures as we were not allowed into the compound without a reservation, which could only be made 1 week in advance and would have cost a minimum of SGD 100 for a couple of drinks.

We then headed down to the Souk Madinet to walk around and explore it in greater detail.

After lunch, I could not tahan anymore, so I went back to the hotel with my dad and Gerard to take a nap, while the girls continued their shopping.

My final memory of the rich and famous Dubai people:
