Eden

After breakfast, we shifted to another guest house which was nearer the beach front – Eden. This was also recommended in the lonely planet and the room was only US$10. This was the place with a happening bar, and it opened till 2 am in the morning, so I guess if you are a very light sleeper then
go sleep some place else. Checked in and it was still raining. hmm … This will undoubtedly be a unique beach experience. Sipping coffee, or drinking beer, or eating was the main activity of the day. There was also chit chatting with the Teo Chew Boss of the place, some local kids selling things, reading some of my HYP papers on vehicle routing and scheduling and staring into the distance as the rain washes upon the sandy beach.

Coffee, anyone?! Drip style coffee. The aroma is ‘delicious’!
